The Carnival Creeper was the disguise of Astoundo. He demonstrated great physical strength, which was natural for Astoundo the carnival strongman. He had a promise from a property agent to build a department store on the carnival grounds and to make him a main star. To his great annoyance, the carnival owner struck a similar deal after Astoundo was caught, excluding him.
