Lila is an NPC in Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Swamp.
History[]
Lila was left in the swamp a long time ago and adopted an enormous alligator as a pet.
She wanted to leave but had to make stew for Suji first, so she possibly hired a frog to spy on the gang and lured Norville 'Shaggy' Rogers and Scooby-Doo to her first lair. She convinced them to get chilli peppers in El Muncho, but they took a while solving a mystery. At her second lair, where she kept chickens. She sent the them to Howling Peaks to find mushrooms. The gang met Lila and saved her from Suji, who was going crazy later. Lila gave Shaggy and Scooby some stew and she and Suji left the swamp.

- According to the case files (not the DS version), Lila possibly hired Phillipe to spy on the gang.
